Communications Regulatory Agency CRA (EL,
LLs)
This is the CRA's new website, and it comes in English as well as in the three 'local'
languages - or rather: it probably will, at some stage ... currently (Summer 2002) much of
the English-language content, and most of the local language content, is still 'under
construction'.
It is a slightly strange site: very little practical information, and what they do have,
is well hidden ... for example, they have a complete register of all licensed radio and tv
stations in BiH, with full contact details etc; but in order to find that list, you have
to click on "Who we are?" (sic), there on "Broadcasting Division", and
there finally on "Register of Broadcasters".
But as yet they do not have any of the Broadcasting Guidelines or Codes on their website;
in order to find anything useful like that, you will have to go back to the old Independent Media Commission IMC website:
there you need to go to the "Document Download Area" (note: most of it is in
Adobe format).
BORAM Radio Network (EL, LL)
BORAM is a BiH-wide network of 22 radio stations cooperating in advertising and marketing
as well as in the area of radio news.

The Banja Luka based Flash News Agency. Site has not been updated for ages.
Media Centre Sarajevo (EL, LL)
The Media Centar in Sarajevo is, of course, where the BBC School of Broadcast
Journalism is situated.

OHR Website (EL)
The website of the Office of the High Representative. The site (lately much improved) is
full of useful background information about the OHR and their activities.
They also have a very impressive collection of both national and international web links , and a
full archive of the twice-weekly CPIC International Press
Conferences .
OSCE in BiH ( EL, some 3 x LL)
A huge and informative OSCE BiH website with lots of useful documents ( EL, 3 x LL -
but note that much of their content is down-loadable only in PDF format) - Also a very

Crisis Group ICG (EL, FL, XL)
The ICG has a very useful BiH website section – they regularly publish reports about BiH
which are generally well worth reading.
International Management Group IMG (EL)
The IMG dealt with a number of post-war infra-structure projects in BiH – their
website is nowadays more of 'historical' interest since their main data bases ceased
up-dating in January 2002. They still, however, can provide some useful background
information.
CPIC Transcripts (EL)
On this SFOR site you will find the transcripts of all CPIC Press Conferences, plus some
other links to SFOR and to NATO. - Remember: CPIC transcripts are also available through
the OHR
website .
